A hands-on healing session is time set aside for your body to be heard.
The body holds what the mind cannot yet speak. Hands-on healing sessions create a space for the nervous system to soften, for held tension and old emotion to release, and for your body's own intelligence to come forward.
Bodywork and energy healing woven together, blending Lomi Lomi, Ayurvedic massage, fascial release, and energetic attunement. This work is rooted in seven years of devotional yogic practice, a healing activation received through Ayurvedic Body Therapy training, and Reiki Level II activations from my High Priestess Empowerment training through the Black Swan Temple of Isis.
Each session weaves sound, visualization, and deep intuitive attunement to your physical and energy bodies, whether you are seeking deep physical release, womb and pelvic healing, or quiet nervous system repair. In person in the Bay Area near Santa Cruz, with remote energy healing available worldwide.
